1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using app.clubhouse.golf, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. Individuals under 18 may participate with a parent or legal guardian account and completion of the Minor Participant Addendum.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. The Clubhouse is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Payment is required at the time of booking.
• By completing a booking, you authorize the charge to your payment method.
• All prices are in US dollars.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 24+ hours before start time: Full refund to original payment method.
• Less than 24 hours before start time: No refund; a credit will be issued for future use.
• No-shows: No refund and no credit.
• Equipment malfunction: Full refund provided by The Clubhouse.

6. Facility Rules

All guests must follow posted facility rules at all times. The Clubhouse reserves the right to terminate any session without refund for violations of facility rules or disruptive behavior.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including logos, text, images, and design, is the property of The Clubhouse Golf Simulators and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. No reproduction is permitted without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Florida law, The Clubhouse's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Pasco County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Exclusive venue for any proceedings shall be Pasco County, Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email. Your continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
